Formed in January 1985 by three directors with extensive commercial and technical experience, Satisfaction Software quickly established itself as a supplier of quality information systems. The company places a strong emphasis on after sales support and client education.  This philosophy combined with the ability to customise Satisfaction Software's infoware range of software products, provides solutions to problems in a wide range of industries and ensures our clients get maximum value for their computing investment.  With infoware, Satisfaction Software has a strong presence in wholesale, manufacturing and contract warehousing industries, transware in the transport industry, and constructware in the building and associated services industries.

Satisfaction Software has a client base ranging in size from large public corporations to small family businesses. Over half of our clients are located outside the Brisbane metropolitan area.  By combining the latest 4th generation software tools with modems or internet access, Satisfaction Software provides effective and economical support for both local and interstate clients.

Satisfaction Software currently employs 10 staff.  All technical and sales staff possess tertiary qualifications. All staff are professionals with broad commercial experience in both large and small companies and have an understanding of accounting, business and computing fundamentals and principles.  The average length of employment of our staff is currently over 13 years!  Their accumulated knowledge and experience plus employment stability is a major reason for our ongoing success. Many IT companies do not survive even half that period of time!

Satisfaction Software has been appointed a qualified reseller of Webster Computer products since the beginning of 1988. Webster Computers are able to provide onsite service and support across all major east coast centres. This means Satisfaction Software can act as a "prime contractor" or as a "one stop shop" provider of hardware, software and remote support.
